Strengthening of the Union....stay away from democracy?

First off, this is not a question. This is something I want all Americans to think about, Democrats and Republicans alike.

Please realize that Americans are stupid. I know its nasty to think that, and its nasty to say, and, well, if I *hurt your feelings* then I'm really sorry.

It is very simple to be more thoughtful than any American. It really is. Just turn on the TV. Just go to the movies. That is what Americans get their influence from.

Know, *assuming* you are all very thoughtful intelligent people here at Yahoo! Answers, you will agree with me. Then why vote Democrat? Are you promoting leniency toward these mindless Homer Simpsons?

And, as a matter of fact,, the Republican party is screwed up as well, just not as much as the Democrats.

What the biggest problem is is that every single citizen can vote, and each vote is equal. So, take a guy like me for example: very thoughtful, politically intact, wise. I decide to go vote Republican because its the lesser

I am most definetly not republican.  That does not mean that I am wrong.  If you think anybody who would vote democrat must be doing so for a handout then why not just elliminate the party all together.
