Strengthening your uterus to conceive (10 pts)?

In the last year in a half my body has gone through a birth, my gallbladder removed, 2 miscarriages (one ended by D&C) and my husband and I really want to conceive again and have a healthy pregnancy. Im suppose to "strengthen my uterus" so how do i do that? What foods do i eat or exercises...ect. Please help me!
