  1. It's given to patients who present to emerge having an acute heart attack. Initially it can cause low blood pressure, but that's usually transient. Hives, increased heart rate, anaphylatic shock, severe bleeding, bruising and sometimes death. Most times it works very well though.It can also be given to patients who have blood clots else where. Sometimes it's difficult to sort out the side effects from the patients presenting symptoms.  You need to give more information
