Stress and anxiety heartbeat question

I have had anxiety for awhile now i have been doing pretty good without medication, i have not had panic attack in awhile i am able to control it by just relaxing a bit when i have a stressful day.but the only thing that won't go away is my heart beating really hard.only notice it when i'm sitting or laying down. my blood pressure has been a little high, example 145/74. the second number is always good the first is alittle high when i first sit down after sitting for 2 minutes or less it goes down to 125/74 which is pretty normal. I have never had high blood pressure, i'm only 29, so i'm guessing that the adrenilene making my heat beat like this is causing these affects is there anyway to get this to stop without using medication, some have suggested a hyptonist, cause i can't seem to relax enough to make my heart beat go back to normal. has anybody have any success with this problem.

  2. well you mention your age but not your weight, any way panic attacks can't always be judged by blood psi alone see a dr you might have something more sreious going on.

  3. Sounds like your anxiety is getting more out of control you may  need medications to help or find another form of relaxation, when you feel your heart beating as you explained it causes another form of panic, try to turning on music to get your mind off it or go for a walk basically try to find something that makes you happy and relaxed.  Also try drinking green tea it does help calm the nerves

  4. other than slowing you breathing down so your body can take in enough oxygen  and talking yourself through it so  you and your body can  relax so both your heart rate and blood pressure can come down i wouldn't know ....

this is happeing because you are not allowing your body enough oxygen or the oxygen it needs to function properly ...thus leading to an elevated heart rate , high blood pressure ,light headness and any tingling and numbness you may feel ...it  usually goes away after your calmed down enough to allow the body the proper oxygen it needs ...

  5. I had overwhelming anxiety including heart palpitations, chest pain and high blood pressure. It turned out to be my use of Splenda. Yup Splenda. How could something that taste so good, be so bad?

I like to say sucralose, not Splenda, because that is what Splenda is. And it is in a lot of stuff. The package doesn't have to say Splenda to have sucralose in it. You have to read labels. So, you might still be using it and don't even know it!

Sucralose is poison. It ruined five years of my life. I had a laundry list of medical problems while taking it, including overwhelming anxiety, depression, mood swings, insomnia and more.

Go ahead, google: anxiety splenda or anxiety sucralose or insomnia splenda or insomnia sucralose

The slogan, "Made from sugar..." is very misleading. Splenda might be made from sugar, but it is far from sugar. The resulting chemical is an organochloride (chlorocarbon). Organochlorides are typically poisons.

carbon monoxide - made from oxygen so its like a breath of fresh air
