Whenever I get stressed, I feel really really sick. And I stop eating. Up until today I hadn't eaten for 2 days because I got really worried about something subconsciously.
It seems to be before I go away somewhere, I get really paranoid, especially as I'm going on the ferry and I get crazily seasick. Also if I get worked up about home problems, or boy problems. All are occuring at the same time at the moment and I have been feeling so ill.
Has anyone got any suggestions? I'd be so grateful for any advice!!!!
