  1. There are panic attacks that can give you chest pains. But, that does not mean it is anything to do with your heart.

  2. They might be heart palpitations. Ask your doctor!

  3. "Mini" is not really a word I'd use to describe a heart attack under any circumstances.  A myocardial infarction (heart attack) is damage to the heart muscle caused by decreased oxygen supply secondary to a narrowed coronary artery (the blood vessels that supply blood to the heart).  The amount of damage can vary, depending upon the number and location of blockages.  So you could argue that a myocardial infarction where the damage is limited to a small area is a "mini" heart attack - but you still have damage to the heart tissue.  Have enough "mini" heart attacks and you will have a "major" problem.  A muscle that is damaged enough will no longer work.

Factors that put you at risk for heart disease include poor diet, diabetes, sedentary lifestyle, high blood pressure, smoking, genetics (a family history of heart disease), and high cholesterol.  Stress is also thought to contribute to heart disease because people under stress have higher levels of adrenaline, which constricts coronary arteries, further reducing blood and oxygen delivery to the heart.
