Stressed but why???

Hi I have all of the classic symptoms of stress, for example I feel very low on energy, irritable at the slightest thing, appetite has changed, My sleep pattern is all over the place - despite trying to get an early night as I seem so tired all the time, muscle aches, headaches and my s*x drive comes and goes as it pleases. The thing is though I dont have any worries at the moment and cant think of anything that is bothering me to make me feel the way I do. I have felt this way for roughly a week and cant seem to shake the feeling off, does anyone have any suggestions as to why I might feel like this?

Please dont reply unless you have something constructive to say I could do without stupid meaningless answers.

Thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to help.

  1. it sounds like sad (seasonal attentive dissorder,i think)

bassicaly when the wather /air pressure changes it affects your moods.

    i get it,i can be ok one day,low the next,grumpy,no go,ect

  2. sounds like depression to me

  3. It sounds like you could be suffering from clinical depression, which is a chemical imbalance in the brain, which means there doesn't' have to be outside circumstances causing it. You could also be coming down with a more severe case of PMS called PMDD. Either way you should go to your doctor and tell them about this. It's very possible that they'll be able to help you. Good luck.

  4. If stress is affecting your life in any way, you might want to consider the factors that can cause it. When you are faced with a lot of stress, your ability to cope diminishes, and there is a possibility of an emotional or physical disruption to your life.

Let us consider some of the factors that will affect your stress levels.

  5. You should speak to your doctor, only they can tell you whats going on.

If you are feeling really down you should make an appointment to see your GP asap.  Try taking some light exercise and having lots of fresh fruit and veg in your diet.  Take time out to relax by reading a book, or having a bath.

  6. The first thing you need to do is figure out why your s*x drive is low and try to help get it back.  I was in your situation and it's not fun without being horny and feeling in the mood when needed.  I also felt like my orgasms (if I would even get one) were really weak.  Probably because of my s*x drive.

However, I tried exercising and dieting but nothing seemed to be working.  I thought I was screwed.  I then found something just as amazing as the vibrator.

My friend at work told me about this stuff she took to raise her s*x drive.  It was a natural herbal supplement and was I lucky to of found it.  Theres no side effects and the s*x drive is just tremendous along with orgasms that are blasting.  The stuff is called Hersolution pills.  At the time I saved money on them at herenhancement.com

What I did was tried out for 3 months and that was really it.  I found taking them every other day or so was the best to stretch it out. After the months were up, I was back to normal with a beating s*x drive and my o****m strength in increased so much.

Well good luck and I hope this helps.

  7. Hi

I suffer with this too. The slightest thing can tottaly stress me out and leave me in a deep depression. Ive only been diagnosed with depression and anxiety.

I know what you mean about the stressed feeling and you dont know why. I think its down to you worrieng all the time about anythink and everythink that your body gets used to the feeling and when theres nothink to feel worried or stressed about your body dosnt switch off the stressed feelings like it used to.

Hope that made sense. You should see a doctor, maybe a councellor or somethink can help you relive your tension. Talking to someone who understands is always a good way.

Hope your feeling better soon xx

  8. My opinion, is that you could be having psychosomatic problems.  That means your subconscious brain is trying to tell you something through your body.  You could have something buried within your subconscious mind that you are not aware of that's bothering you.  It's better to enter counseling than to see a doctor and get a pill, I think.  Pills cover things up.  Or, maybe something is bothering you that you are in denial about.  As an example, your boyfriend is abusive, but you tell yourself "He's not that bad", because he's really hot-looking or good in bed or something.  You could also have a buried memory of something traumatic that happened when you were little that you don't remember.  I think that sometimes the best thing for me to do is just sit around and think.  I hope you feel better.

  9. depression

    -Feeling low

    -Who cares

    -no emotion

"depressed mood is often reported as being: "depressed, sad, hopeless, discouraged, or 'down in the dumps'." In traditional colloquy, "depressed" is often synonymous with "sad," but both clinical and non-clinical depression can also refer to a conglomeration of more than one feeling. Such a mixture can include (but is not limited to) anger, fear, anxiety, despair, guilt, apathy, and/or grief, in addition to what many people would describe as typical "sadness.""
