  1. If you're in your own car alone, m********e lol.

  2. xanax

  3. Find either some type of kids toy space ray gun or similar and mount it unobtrusively on the top of the dash. Rig up a push button on the steering colume and if possible attatch it to the sound unit of the gun then take out your frustrations by pretending to vaporise all those who annoy you

  4. Play your favourite Tape/CD and relax>

  5. The last car I drove happened to be a Vauxhall Cavalier SRi, I'd say keeping calm when driving that heap was impossible,

  6. Sit there honking your horn when traffic is at a complete standstill.

  7. make sure to leave early enuff so ur not stressing out about being late to work...

  8. Turn up your loud music,  preferable loud mechanical drums music,    close your windows'   put your heating on' full up''.

button up your coat' collar turned up,,

Well that's what most of the kids do here. ?

  9. some good music, and keep your window shut to keep the outside noise out.

maybe try a language learning cd, that way you will make use of otherwise wasted time.

  10. just think how much it'd hurt if someone was to get off his car and thump you one on the nose. LOL.

  11. Sit back and imagine all the other places you could be, rather than in London traffic. Then ask yourself why you don't do something about it.

  12. just concentrate on what youre doing and keep calm. plan your route home but be aware of hold ups
