Stressful environment for a Roborovski Hamster?

I wake up at 6 A.M. every weekday with an alarm clock and I turn my lights on and off a lot. I could maybe use a flash light with a red film so only I can see it but I can't do anything with the alarm clock. Could a roborovski hamster tolerate this? If not is there any alternative to I could try?

my robo hamster sleeps hardcore, the light doesn't bother her. but noise does. (like if i accidentally hit her cage or something then she wakes up abruptly. but she falls back asleep quickly.)

plus have you ever gone into a petstore and seen the hamsters there? they're always sleeping and they live in a very hectic enviornment.  

if you're making a LOT of noise around the cage then it might be a problem. but i wouldn't worry about the light or the alarm clock (just make sure the alarm clock isn't NEXT to the cage, it might scare the poor critter). after owning the hamster for awhile it should get used to your daily routines and may just adapt to it and sleep through it all.

i'd say, just keep the cage away from a doorway and the hamster should be fine :]
