Stressful life, any suggestions?

I am so stressed right now any ways to calm down?

  1. I can really relate to you right now , just seems like everythings wrong right ? Well , as of now find someone who can relate . Like me , for example , I had my home foreclosed , and my mom almost died in the hospital , my Dad had to sell his car in order to pay the rent in our new home . My sister has been in and out of mental institutions . And I've recently lost close friends , and my boyfriend and I are arguing . So I can really understand how much your probably going through . What I do is talk to a close friend , and if they just are too positive , I tend to just write it all out . If still too frustrated , crying relieves some of it , or just find a way to let it out . Such as , running , walks , sleeping , these are some of the things I do . I really pray things get better for you hunny , God gives hard lives to those with strong souls , always remember that . Those tortured now will later on be rewarded in life . Stay strong , because now thats all you really can do , take care & godbless (: <3


  2. Take 10 HUGE breaths. It is the fastest way to get calm in any place.

    Of course won`t help in long distance run.

  3. How is you life stressful?  Is the stress caused by things you can eliminate?

    If not, you can make your downtime a lot of fun.  For example I work full time as an LPN and I go to school full time for my RN.  I'm very stressed out.  So I make sure I'm super organized and then in my downtime, I make sure to have a lot of fun to balance out the stress.
