Stresss taking a toll =( ?

okay, so i know I stress myself out, but It's horrible and I can feel the toll of it everyday.

the past like 2 years have been really, out of control, and i rely have no one to talk to so blah blah it bottles up blah and im like really angry all the time. im not here to talk about myself, but actually things are getting better around me, which i have been praying for, for SO long, and i still feel like c**p mentally.

can you give me some advice?

  1. It's good your stress is decreasing...I would keep a journal & find out what make your stress increase...& what you can do to de-stress...

    if, it is your job...look for another...in the mean time...get a good nights sleep, exercise & eat a healthy nutritious diet organic when you can...

    you're asking a very general question...so, it's difficult to answer it specifically...
