I think the stretchy myself. for comfort reasons. I don't think it will break easily, unless it's being tugged at and pulled.

stiff--stretch breaks too easily.

Stretch they really don't break that easy as long as your not running around like a crazy person and if your going to have a long reception it will be way more comfortable
