Stretches? PLEASE HELP!!?

whats a good stretch for my hip, its real sore from my running and i think i really need a good stretch in that area!

  1. you lie on your butt and cross one leg over the other and pull it into your body...and you can lie on your back and bring your legs into your chest and take one leg over the other and keep it at a 90 degree angle


  2. look at  www.yogajournal.com  use the pose finder to look at one legged king pigeon, upward facing dog, downward facing dog and any other pose that look good to you.  You can also try Thai Yoga Massage.

  3. There are three simple hip stretches, well illustrated, on this site. The site is for racewalkers so the stretches may be good for runners, too.  

  4. A good stretch is step on your right foot first and thean lean to the left and do the opposite.
