Are there any stretches/exercises I could do for really bad hip pain? or anything that will at least take away the pain for bit? I've tried ice packs,heating packs, bengay,but nothing is helping it.. Its to the point where the pain is more frequent and hurting a lot more. I dont have time for PT like my Dr recommended because i'm in school full time and work when i'm not in school.Any steretchs? Thank you all so much for you help!
