  2. backbends are always good to practice, and here's a partner stretch that really stretches your back.

    have one person lay on the ground on their stomach and the other stands with their feet apart, over the person on the ground. the person on the ground reaches their hands up and the other person holds them. they pull back and the person on the ground arches their back.

    it sounds really confusing , but it works really great

  3. lay on your stomach. press up with your arms but keep your hips on the floor.

    supermans help o lay on you stomach then balance on your stomach lift your arms and legs up and push as hard and reach up as far as you can for 20 seconds. these help alot

  5. Back bends AND:

    Lay flat on your stomach with your arms and legs outstretched. Pull up your torso and legs and arms with only your pelvis on the ground. Stay in this position for an eight count and then come down for an eight count. We call it the superman at my studio.
