Stretching my muscles for dance?

I am trying to tone my body more,and i am practising ballet at home to become a little more graceful.

I need some good stretches that will help me get my legs(especially my thighs.),stomach,and arms,and feet muscles.

Please,please help me.

It would mean the world to me.

And i need some stretchesi can do for the splits(center,left,and right).

Thank you SOOOOOO so so so much if you can give me even one thing i can do to better my body.

  1. If you are trying to get your splits the best thing you can do is to sit in your splits for at least 30 seconds as often as you can...without hurting yourself of course. If you over stretch then that will do more harm than good.

    For your thighs and calves you can sit on the floor and reach forward trying to put your nose to your knees. That should help

    Also to strengthen your feet practice pointing and flexing your feet and work on turning out from your hips.

  2. For your feet you can find a couch or bed that is off the grund about 5 inches or close to and try and fit the arch f your foot under it . It should help stretch your foot. Also, try using your hands, just bend your feet, from the arches, not the toe, as often as you can.

    For side splits, find a wall and sit in side splits (facing the wall) and push your self up against it.

  3. Do demi and grand plea's in 1st, 2nd, and 5th.

    Make sure that in demi 2nd, your heels don't come off the ground!
