i was wondering what streches i should do to gain alot of flexibility with my legs

  1. the splits. whenever you can 3 times a day do the splits and go as far down as you can until it REALLY hurts and hold it in that position for a minute. and soon enough you will have very flexible legs. good luck.


  2. I can recommend you this book "Anderson, Bob - Stretching".

    There are a lot of pictures so you won't have any problems following these stretches.

    It really helpped me out. ;)

  3. Try butterflies and stretching out your tendends. Just take time and push yourself.
