  1. hi . thats a tough one . maybe all the fellows on the picket line can chip in . i would have thought though that the union would help with that . does he not have company medical . we have had many woodworkers strikes i bc , canada and the unions have been great .

      take care . d.

  2. the union in my opinion.

  3. I am in the ironworkers union myself. And they cover everything if you are injured on the job. And normally the job will take care of the medical bills anyway. You should contact the foreman or stewart of your job and have them contact the person in charge of the job about paying the medical bills.

  4. I don't know, but the UNION dang well better step up and do it without even being asked.  DO I hear a lawyer behind that Ambulance?

  5. Who's liable? If the picketer caused the collision by jumping in front of a moving car, then maybe he should be responsible for his own bills, as a way of teaching society not to do stupid things like that while picketing. If the driver was negligent, then file a complaint with the police and then sue the driver when they catch him.  In any case, picketers should be more careful than to get in the way of cars, or other lethal weapons.
