  1. for a minute i thought u meant a stripped "nut." Like a stripped cuckoo head.

  2. If you mean the actual head of the nut then I can assist you.

If it's the threads that are stripped then you need a tap and die set.

If an allen key or phillips head s***w/bolt[not nut] is stripped then a small thin file, hacksaw, or better a dremel or rotary tool, can help.Use the thin cutting wheel to make a small line in the the head of the bolt. Then use a flathead screwdriver to remove it.

A nut is the round hex like thing that screws onto a threaded bolt.Hence, nuts&bolts.

Never replace the old s***w/bolt.They are cheap.Get a new one.

I hope this can be of some assistance.

And If I'm wrong about your problem please post this so as I can learn from my error.

  3. You might can get it loose with a pair of vice grips. If you can get a small flame on it for at least a few seconds without burning paint that will help too. If that doesn't do it you're going to have to get a nutcracker from the motorbike place and take it off with that. If you're really desperate you can take a good file and file off either side of the nut kind of flat and then try to get a smaller wrench on it but that's iffy and it probably won't work without the heat first.

  4. if the alan key hole is stuffed then there isn't much you can do with that. if the nut is exposed, i'd try grabbing it with some multi-grips and see if you can get any movement.

  5. Hey

I did the same thing but with my rear wheel.

    There is only one option

You'll have to buy a hacksaw and cut through the nut and then buy a new nut.
