  2. a pair of black shiny high heels with a thick heel, where it goes around your ankle and and shows your toes but not like a peep toe more like a strap

  3. stripper shoes? gross. try wedges for comfort  and style

  4. I am a dancer & know the importance of comfy shoes, & the ones I wear are pretty good. . .

The company Pleaser is the best.

The base is pretty sturdy, so it's actually pretty easy to keep your balance.

The actual arch of the foot isn't very steep so that part isn't uncomfortable. The height comes from the platform, not the arch.

**Don't get shoes with ankle straps!!

When I started out dancing I had ankle straps because I was afraid of falling. I guess it helped the shoes stay on better, but strapless is actually better.

I always take my shoes off during lap dances & so do most of the dancers I know. This helps your feet so much. . .

When I worked in Dallas, they had some silly rule that the girls weren't allowed to take their shoes of during lap dances. My feet were killing me by the end of the night. All your weight is being pushed against your shoes during dances which hurts your feet & stretches your shoes out.

I prefer the shoes with one clear strap over the top of your foot.

Some shoes have two straps over the top of your feet, but I find these to be less comfortable.

When I first started dancing I would get some blisters on the top of my foot from the plastic strap rubbing my foot.

I suggest walking around your house for a while to break them in first. . .

Feel free to contact/email me if you have any more questions!!

Here's a website for shoes. I could only find the double strap, but you get the idea:
