Struggle with dance move?

Can you help.....im quite large but I really want to do the splits but im struggerling and cant really do it..ive asked loads of dance teachers and they dont take me seriously...i would really apreciate it if someone could give me some good advice.?? btw i have no legs

  1. just go into straddle (making ur legs stretch into a wide v) and reach to the left right and middle and hold each for 30 seconds. do other stretches before you try your splits and hold as much of a split as you can do for 30 seconds each morning and night. also when you are watching TV or studying etc. try sitting in straddle and putting ur elbows on the floor.


  2. everyday do the splits lower and lower for 72 seconds, it might hurt but thats how i learned. but make sure u go down a little bit more and more each day

  3. Because you don't have skills but practice everyday may you will get the techniques or learn the techniques that will help you.

  4. Put shoes on your hands. Now turn upside down while slowly and gracefully extending your arms outward. Noone will ever guess the difference!!!!
