Stuart Broad’s participation in IPL 5 still in doubt – Cricket News Update

Broad could not take part in the second Test match against Sri Lanka recently because of a calf strain. However, England went on to win the match and retained their position as the number one ranked Test team of the world.

"It's not definite that he will miss the IPL. Nick Peirce, our chief medical officer will be seeing Stuart on Monday, and we will have a clearer picture of his progress," said Flower.
The former Zimbabwean cricketer added that the English team management has no issues about Broad playing franchise cricket but made it clear that the lanky cricketer will be back in England before the Test series against the West Indies.
