The Sri Lankan coach, Stuart Law, who has served the team since 2009, as the assistant coach with http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Sri-Lanka-c758 Cricket.

While talking to media, the Bangladesh Cricket Board has announced http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Stuart-Grant-Law-c91460’s appointment as the head coach, for a period of two years.
"Law has been appointed as the head coach of Bangladesh cricket team for a two-year period effective from July 1," The Bangladesh Cricket board stated.
Law, who played just 1 Test for http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Australia-c746 in his career, shared that he has some formalities to fulfill in Sri Lanka and then he would like to spend some time with his family.
"I just have to go back to Sri Lanka to sort out a few things and after I spend some time with my family, I will join the Bangladesh team. I'm not sure if it'll be two weeks or ten days before the tour to http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Zimbabwe-c3045," Law shared.
The BCB also revealed that Law has received his confirmation and has signed it already, "He has got this confirmation recently and already signed an agreement that we sent to him."
The coach had earlier voiced his concerns, working with Sri Lanka Cricket. He felt that Sri Lanka Cricket was not serious regarding his appointment and was not responding as he would have liked.
Expressing his need for job security, Law had earlier asked for a definitive answer from Sri Lanka Cricket. However, now he has taken up the position with the Bangladesh Cricket Board.
The BCB’s media committee’s chief, Jalal http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Yunus-c98347, also mentioned that the board was looking for a coach with leadership qualities and hopes that Stuart Law will fit the bill.
