Stuart Law backs Sri Lanka against England
Coach of the Sri Lankan cricket team, Stuart Law, claimed that his team is not fazed by a strong England side and said that the Islanders are going to give a tough fight to Andrew Strauss and company.
The Sri Lankan team is currently touring England where they will play a full series which includes three Test matches, five One Day Internationals and a T20. The Test series will start from May 26, at Cardiff.

On top of that, the Islanders have a new captain in shape of Tillakaratne Dilshan and this is the reason why majority of the cricket analysts around the world are rating England as the clear favourites for the Test series.
Law admitted that it will not easy for his young side to take England who are considered as best in the business at the moment. He said that England have been playing excellent cricket since the last couple of years and they will be hard to beat but he expressed
that the Sri Lankan team is not here to lose either.
Sri Lankan coach said, "It's no easy task going up against the best Test team in the world at the moment, they've had a fantastic 18 months. We know we are up against it here but we aren't here to lose.”
Law added that Sri Lankan team has the potential to beat any big team of the world and that’s what they want to do against England at their own backyard. He said that if the Sri Lankan team is able to play up to its potential then they can upset England.
"We can be a devastating team and that's what we are planning on doing. We are here to play cricket the way Sri Lanka play cricket and if we do we'll be successful," said Law.
