what is Stubble Mulching, in farming

basically, it&#039;s taking the harvest and leaving the plants that grew the product .... like, taking the wheat but leaving the stems and leaves of the plants, though cut, not standing, on the field to act as mulch and be later tilled in.... laying there, it helsp to keeps dry soil from blowing away... they started this in the days of the Dust Bowl.....
