The Scott completed his ten-year term at Everton in March this year, but has failed to steer the Toffees to a title win. This month, he saw his side go down 2-1 against their local rivals, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 in the semi-final of the FA Cup.

“The club has some big decisions to make. Unless we get a new investor it is going to be very difficult for the manager. I think David has come to a crossroads in his career.” He told The Daily Star.
The former Toffees defender felt that despite the fact the Scott enjoys a good relationship with the chairman and the fans, an appealing offer from a club which has got more to offer in terms of cup wins, might force him into parting ways with Everton.
“Does he stay at Everton, a club he loves and where he has a fantastic relationship with the chairman, or does he take that next step?” he added.

Stubbs admitted that if the Scott gets a formal request from the North London club, it might be an offer to good to turn down for him.
“If he doesn’t go then [if Spurs came calling], it’s like everything in life, in that he might come to regret it," he said.
“Sometimes, as with players, you don’t get a second chance.”
Moyes has managed Everton in 469 matches over the span of ten years and boosts an impressive 41.79 percent win record.
