Stuck at 99% on subspace emissary-Help!?

Question

1 flag has popped up after I've beaten tabuu. I've been thru it a bunch of times and still can't find the 1 item I've missed. when I go back- my only option is to pick 6 players

its likely that you have a character to unlock. are you missing jigglypuff, wolf, or toon link? if so, there should be an additional door in the level with the flag, which will contain the new foe.
