I am extremely healthy. I eat 4-5 small meals a day, get enough sleep, and work out four times a week. I do mostly cardio. I am stuck at a certain weight and can never seem to get below to my goal weight...I have aprroximately 20 more lbs to lose, so I don't understand why I can't get past this point. It is frustrating. If you have advice please tell me.
