Question:

Stuck at a certain weight! help!?

I am extremely healthy. I eat 4-5 small meals a day, get enough sleep, and work out four times a week. I do mostly cardio. I am stuck at a certain weight and can never seem to get below to my goal weight...I have aprroximately 20 more lbs to lose, so I don't understand why I can't get past this point. It is frustrating. If you have advice please tell me.

  1. sometime you can be eating too little you have to eat to lose weight aim for around 1200 cals a day and always eat a breakfast  


  2. Try to focus on how certain pieces of clothing fit rather than your weight! You may be losing fat and building muscle (which weighs more than fat). Buy a new pair of jeans a few sizes smaller and tone different areas of your body... make it a goal to fit into those jeans. Good luck, and hope that helped!
