Stuck between 2 40" tvs...which one!?

Question

First i will tell you some info.

1. Mainly for HD channels.

2. i want to attach my pc and play crysis and play many pc games on it.

3. price doesnt matter between them.

4. It HAS to go on my wall.

5. I might play blue ray dvds on it.

Im nto askign which is better for the money. just which is better.

i would have to go with the sony, i have a 55 inch sony and it's by far the best tv i've ever owned, the stats on both are quite comparable, the sony however has two extra inputs, and they are known for making high quality, long lasting televisions, plus it has the pip....enjoy
