Stuck in Progressive Scan Mode...please help!

Question

I have a Toshiba DVD/VHS player combo and I hit a button today thatmessed everything up. I can watch tv and VHS tapes, but when I try towatch a DVD it turns into a blue screen that says "Progressive ScanMode". I can hear the DVD playing..just no picture. Can you tell mewhat I need to do in order to have the DVD come up on my tv screen?....lost the manual obviously. :(Model is SE-R0135Thank you
