Stuck in Runescape quick chat?

I pay for my 11 year old sons Runescape account every month. I know that he has been locked out for about three days before and now he says that he is stuck in quick chat - as a consequence for something he wrote - I saw the logs whatever he said didn't seem that bad - or I wouldn't pay for it.

My question how long do you think that he might be stuck in quick chat?

maybe its a quick-chat server that he's on, a server which you can only use quick-chat to talk.

Probably less than a month

Either he was in world 160 which only quick chat can be used you were confused with it.

But on the appeal offence or ban it should say the time he'll be muted.

He's stuck using quick chat until he reaches 13 years of age.  Since Jagex is tracking the birthdays people use to create accounts, they apply that real world age to the game account.

Jagex is very strict on rules, so if your son broke them then he will be stuck there for a little bit
