  1. Which sport is bigger in your town? Which do you have the best chance at going somewhere with? What are you better at? These are some questions to keep in mind. Seing as you already informed the volleyball coach that you will not be joining them, it seems right that you should continue with the softball. You could always keep the volleyball up a bit (if allowed) by joining a rec league or something).

  2. try harder and you'll improve.

  3. that's definitely tough but i think u need to have a talk with your softball coach because they are being very unfair, also i am guessing that u r playing a softball league that is not for your school because if u just want to play both sports for your school volleyball is in fall and softball is in spring, u could always drop that softball team and find another or just play volleyball to get in shape for softball in the spring, i know that u should be able to play both

  4. i guess it just now depends on which one you like to play better- not which one you are better at(even though you seem better at both). I suggest, if you feel like doing volleyball instead of softball- call the coach up. It'll probably be worth it...cause if she says no, you can't play with her at least it is off you're mind and there is nothing else you can do about it. if you're on the v-ball team, next year, it'll be a little easier to choose between the 2.

I play v-ball for my high school and i think you should try it =]

  5. If your softball coach will not budge and you love volleyball too, I would find a different softball coach.  You should be able to do both.  Any coach that wants you to be one sport specific at your age does not have your best interest at heart.  If you want to pick one sport, that is your business.  No one else should choose for you.  Not everyone knows what sport they will end up playing.  I lettered in 3 sports in high school.  I played 3 sports in college.  None of the same as high school.  And now I am involved in volleyball.  A totally different sport than high school or college.  I am really glad that no one TOLD me that I had to choose their sport.  Volleyball was not an option for men in my area in high school or college.  While I still really like the sports I played in high school and college, I LOVE volleyball.

    Good luck.

  6. Follow your heart, which do you like better?

Your volleyball coach seemed to really look forward to having you play, and you seem like you really worked hard to be on the team. But your softball coach, on the other hand, seems very demanding.

I personally think you should do both, but if you can't, then I'd choose whatever one I liked more!

    Good Luck!!

  7. I had the same problem. I am really really good at softball and track. but i cant do both because they interfere with each other. i chose the one i was better at and the one i had played the longest. what also helped me make my decision was on which one i loved more. so in the end i chose softball. i hope this helps make your decision

  8. if your looking for a scholarship, go with what your best at. If  your looking to have fun and compete but arnt serious your future with the sport, go with what you want to play more. Think ahead and try to imagine what it will be like playing each sport and how it would make you feel then make your decision.

  9. play wich ever one you want to and if you want to paly both tell your softballl coach if he wont let you plzy 2 sprots that you quit and just play vollyball becaise the coach has no control over what you do

  10. Just do volleyball..

or the one you feel most comfortable.
