I'm trying to make a study guide for my test and these are the some of the things my professor said I should know but I've gone over the read a hundred times and can't find the answers, anyone know?

*When and how are seats reapportioned and redistricted in the House?

*What are the roles and responsibilities of the House and Senate in the impeachment process.

*What is the specific role to the House with regard to revenue bills and the general contours of the legislative process including the presidents veto and pocket veto authority

*What are the key enumerated powers of congress, and the constitutional source and meaning of implied powers.

*What is the purpose, controversy and key provisions of the War Powers Act?

Thanks so much!!!!
