Studay Aborad.?

Question

So I'm a Junior in HIghschool and I plan on studying abroad in college.

My plan is to attend a cheap community two-year school to get all of my nonsense classes out of the way, and then for my junior year-study abroad in England.

A couple of questions,

What will studying in England be like? Is england a good place to study.

And should I attend a 4 year college in the U.S and study abroad through the school for my junior year?

Any tips or anything for studying abroad.

I'd love to study somewhere like Russia but ..I don't speak Russian.

It would be best for you to attend a 4-year college and either study abroad in your sophomore or junior year.
