you see, here number 4,I dont want to put home telophone number because i dont want my family to know that im applying for a visa,

and whats # 6 ? I dont have a family, im only 21, does it say list all your family members ?

and whats number 7 ?

wtf thats very confusiing ...

  1. #4 is asking you for your address and home telephone - nothing else you can do.

    #6 you write down the names, address, relationship, and telephone number of your; mom, dad, brothers and sisters. If you have any children of your own, then you do the same for them also.

    #7 Is asking for 2 people who can verify the information is correct - friends of the family, boss at work, tutor at school, your doctor etc.


  2. Start putting down false information and you stand a very good chance of losing any possibility to get the student visa and maybe any possibility of ever getting any visa.

  3. For number 4, if you don't want to put your home telephone number then put a friend's information or someone you know and can rely on.

    For number 6, just fill out information about your parents.
