Student council treasurer?!?

hello, i am a freshman, and next year i will be a sophomore, and our student council speeches are tomorrow. I haven't written mine yet=I and im not exactly sure what to write. I am 15 years old and i'm running for treasurer, i don't need any poster ideas or anything, just what to say in a speech; and real answers with imformation i can use please! thanks
