Student finance form?...?

Question

i have completed my student finance form for next year online but now im not sure what to do

it says i have to send off my passport and ART ID number to a certain adress...but is that all?

and like do i just put in the envelope my passport and a slip of paper with my ART ID number on?

im really puzzled

yeah send itt to the adress make sure its by recorded delivery..... they check it and send it right back... :)
