Student finance website. help

Question

Does anybody know how this works? Can't apply online as the website refuses to acknowledge my ART ID. When I ring up and give them the very same ART ID, they assure me it's correct but won't assist me as I cannot remember my secret password. Cannot get my secret password reset online as to do this you need to provide your ART ID which it consistently refuses to recognise. Very frustrating. Find filling in these forms the hardest part of my degree!

you do not say which student website you require.  Just send for the forms  - its actually easier than online and not at that difficult

Try emptying your browser's cache and delete the cookies. You may also need to delete any saved passwords for that web site.  If that doesn't work, try to access it from a different computer.

What country are you in?  In the US we fill out a FAFSA form on a US govt website.

If I were you I would get the forms sent to you and have someone sit down and fill them out with you. Although you're late in applying you can actually apply up to nine months after you have started uni.
