Student inquire :I am studying media in my country finished third year but I think my university is very bad ?

I want to continue in other university in europ or canada

someone has told about a universities which is belong to the goverments of it's country and it's free only I have to pay my living fees

is that right coz I haven't enough money to study and live outside my country

any help in this please

  1. There are some European countries where, if you're either a citizen of that country or a resident of that country, you can go to university there for free, although you do need to pay your living expenses. Germany, Italy, Greece and Bulgaria are examples of that.

    There are some countries where, if you are fluent in the local language, you can go to their universities for free, even if you don't live there and you aren't a citizen. This includes the Czech Republic and Iceland. But neither of those languages are exactly easy to learn.

    There are no free Canadian universities, that I know of. Even Canadian citizens pay tuition and fees.

    Another option for you to think about: if you complete your degree in your home country and do very well there, you can apply to masters degree programs in the US and Canada, and some of those may give you financial support. You would need to ask each university if they offered such aid to foreign students, but some do.
