Student load in scotland HNC?

I have an unconditional place for a hnc course starting in sept.

Im just wandering if it's hard to do a hnc course on just a bursary and tuition fee's covering the cost of the course.

Should I apply for a loan?

It's just the fact of paying back later in life seems annoying!

I would look for a job.  How many days a week is your course?  When I did an HNC I was only at college 2 and half days a week.  So I had a part-time job.  Student loan is repaid on a sliding scale depending on your future income.

I'm a single-mum of two school age boys and I've just finished Uni, I did 2 days there and worked all day on the other three - I did my homework on evenings and weekends.  

Where there's a will, there's a way!
