Student looking to take girl out to eat (in London)?

I'm a student (so operating on a bit of a budget) and i want to take my girl out to eat on Thursday night, any suggestions of a decent place that isn't pizza and wont burn a hole in my wallet? Say less than £30 for two decent meals

Go to www.toptable.co.uk - you can book restaurants online there, and they do some fantastic offers in certain restaurants, sometimes 50% off the food bill. I booked a table at this nice Indian restaurant in London a while back and a slap-up meal only cost me £20 for the two of us (we were drinking water though!). Look for those offers!
