I am a college student and living at my aunts house in Philadelphia, PA. What do I need to get a PA driving license. I heard I need two proofs of residence but I dont share the bill with my aunt. The only thing for proof is mail from the university and I bought the car over here in PA.

  1. Your student ID and the registration paper for the car should be enough.

Note that you may not need to change driving licenses unless you just want to.  Most states do not consider college students from out-of-state to be a "resident" and don't require them to get a local license.
