Student rail cards!!?

I'm starting college in Leeds in sep, and i need to get the train to get there and ive tried asking around for student rail card prices, but no one is giving me straight answers! how much are they? monthly or whatever! thanks! x*x

You can buy a Student rail card from a mainline station for £20 which will be valid for a year. However Natwest are offering 5 year rail cards if you open a student account with them.
