Studies in montreal?

my friend has been living in montreal for now 4 years however he did his study untill grade 10 i believe. when he came to montreal he could not continue his studies due to his family problems and now he wants to continue his study. But, he does not know how should he start because he is not that educated. can someone please suggest me with some ideas how should i help him out?? and also i would like to talk 2 some of you if you dont mind giving me your email add so that i can keep contect with you and help him with his studies. thanks.

  2. Here in Calgary you can always contact Alberta Education or the Calgary Board of Education. He should contact the school board or any other official. Also, he can find the nearest government educational institution and ask for help from the councillors.

  3. If he's at least 18 (I think) he can apply to CEGEP without a high school diploma.

    If he's at least 21 (I think) he can apply to Concordia University without a high school diploma.
