Studing in China?

I am from India. a had complete my 10+2 in 1999-2000, after that i turn into computer line, there i got 2 year software dimploma from APTECH and then 1 year from JetKing. in between i m doin job. so till now i have 6 year experience in computer line (hardware/graphic designer). now i desided to do my bechlour degree from china (coz i have money problem) is anyone tell me the right way to study in china.. how get i the more information about that...

you can go straight to each uni website and application is also online. they want foreign students to boost their international ranking. try uni in south and away from big cities.  its cheaper.  try Pu Tian Uni in Fujian Province / Mei Chou Univ Guangdong province.  try hubei province too.
