Study Abroad in Paris?

I really want to study in France, just anywhere. My family is traveling to France this summer for 2 weeks, they know I'd like to study abroad, so for now its planned that after the 2 weeks, they would return to the states and I will stay there for the rest of the summer. Does anyone have an idea of what, or where I can study in France for cheap. Cuz i found a program which is 4000 Euros, thats alot in $. Besides, I would be studying as a full time student, and I don't want that, cuz this is my summer. So if anyone knows of anything that I can do there, and send me websites and prices, i'd appreciate it. thanks

You could check into Rotary clubs...they subsidize the travel, and their members abroad give their homes.  I don't know if they have a summer program, but I would expect so.  The one drawback is that you may not get to go to France.

talk to your school counselor. I'm sure they know of programs.

For four weeks, most programs are about $4,000 american for the summer. If you volunteer abroad it can be a lot cheaper and just as fun.
