  1. HA! Yeah, that's exactly me. Went and toured round the world last year spent all my money and came back to get on with my degree (final year). Finding it hard coz I lost my stamina. And I wanna do well to. But everytime I try and study i'm daydreaming, looking at pics from traveling or googling random s**t completely irrelevant for me. That's how I found Y!A...

Idk, really how to fix this but i jus try an stay off the computer. And I take many breaks. Breaks are my incentive to get the work done. I think - i'll do this for 45 min and break...jus make sure you come back after your break.... And don't break for more then 15 min (1/2 an hour if you really need it). Otherwise when you get back your head is in another place and it takes twice as long to get back into what you were doing.

  2. Ease into your classes. Maybe take something you enjoy doing (dance, music, PE, recreation) with 1 academic class the first quarter/semester. Then take 2, 3, 4 until you are there. Otherwise dance it out for a 15 minute snack break, go to the library and open your books and read, take notes, and take breaks every 30 minutes until you develop those study skills.
