Study abroad through community college or university?

Question

so i'm planning to study abroad, maybe next summer

and i was wondering which school's program should i use.. a community college or a university?

here are some information...

community college:

about $5000. only allows general education classes. it is at a small college (one choice only).

university:

about $9000. i can take major classes. there is 2 universities to choose, one of them is cambridge.

so which one would you do, and why?

University-- aim high, and see the world!

Wow, I did not know the Cambridge was so inexpensive. I studied in US as a foreign student, started with a community college then moved on to a State University. I am very happy with my choices. Starting at a cc was the best thing to do to adjust.
