Study guide/questions to become PA water treatment plant operator?

Hello Everyone. I am looking forward to taking my certification in Pennsylvania drinking water treatment plant operator. I have spoke with DEP and Philadelphia water department. Unfortunately, none of them seem to help me much in regards to how do I go about it. I have a bachelors in Environmental Science. Since the economy is very dry, I figured I will get my certification being a water treatment plant operator. If you are plant operator please be kind enough to share your knowledge.
