Study/homework tips?

i want the best time to do homework, study but idk when in my day after school i should do it. i want to study, do homework, also want some tips on it.

I had a method, I took about 1 hr after getting  home to chill and them I cracked the books. But I would do so while watching TV and/or listening to the radio. I did my best thinking then.

1. When you have words or abbreviations to study write them on flash cards and write the answer on another one and match them up

2. Just read everything over first. After you've read it, go back and get the key ideas out, jot them down, take notes. Answer questions that are at the end of each idea if it's in your textbook. Never be around TVs or radios. Stay AWAY from your ipod and cell phone. These will only distract you and cause you to not be able to concentrate. Just focus and take notes on only what you need, not everything, and go over it all at least twice

3 To study you need to be in a quiet room alone. That means no TV or radio or even talking on your phone to friends. Study for at least 25 minutes a day until that big, scary test comes
